The die (basket, blockout) for formation of a brick

For production of hollow and some hollow brick mouthpieces with filyery are used (a blockout, a basket). Clay weight, passing through the die with cores which size corresponds to the extent of future emptiness, it will be transformed to a bar of the set form and with the hollowness percent provided by technology.

Use of a blockout allows to save raw materials and to reduce the term of stay of a brick in sushila that in turn leads to decrease in expenses on energy carriers.

Core of a blockout are made of qualitative carbonaceous steel with their further training that increases physicomechanical properties of a detail.

For increase in wear resistance, and owing to and service life, a core can be equipped with tverdosilavny slips (plates).
